As an endurance athlete I was looking for a trainer who could push me to get to the next level. Amy did not disappoint…. She will work you beyond your comfort levels ensuring high quality results whilst always having fun (even at 6am in the morning). My run and ride pace has improved dramatically with Amy's help.
Amy is absolutely amazing to train with! She’s full of energy and incredibly motivating but also very conscious of how you’re feeling and will push you to just the right level. Every session is different and Amy incorporates a range of exercises so it never feels boring, always fresh. I’m only a few sessions in but am already feeling so much fitter. Would definitely recommend!!

Energetic and optimistic Amy. She is part personal trainer and, in my case, therapist. Getting started after years of no exercise was tough. Amy is great at building confidence and then building up your fitness. She'll push you but in a way that leaves you feeling like you've achieved something...and strangely wanting more!
Amy is an an absolute superstar! I'm not great at sport so I was really nervous about signing up to a PT, but Amy put me at ease straight away and certainly wasn't judgemental about my ability level. She is always so full of energy and excited for each and every session, no matter what the weather or time of day. She is hugely encouraging and really helped to motivate me, she has definitely helped to build my confidence with exercise.
